CSU Extension Office
The Crowley County CSU Extension Office offers a wide variety of general services to the local community. Their friendly staff is more than willing to assist in answering questions that you may have.
Some of the more common needs which they are asked to assist with include:

- Tree choices for SE Colorado – to match your home site and soil type
- Windbreak information and seedling choices for your small acreage
- Maintain a demonstration Xeriscape garden to offer alternative choices to grass lawns or hard to maintain flower gardens
- Correct planting methods for our area
- How to improve your soil quality
- Protecting your plants from the rabbits and deer
- How to properly stake a tree, and mulching to keep moisture near the roots
- Weed and insect ID
- Understanding proper pruning methods
